A feature film directed by Adam Neustadter

The Sound of Marx and Coca-Cola!

Check out this great article on the aural aesthetics of Godard’s Masculin Feminin, written by our amazing sound editor Elliot Thompson.

The Children of Marx and Coca-Cola. Masculin, féminin captures music, sex, politics, and everything that’s cool about the 60’s better than just about anything else. In France, you had to be at least 18 to see the film.

In the summer of 2007, Adam made this short with his wife Audrey in her home town of Paris. The song “Jacqueline” is by Die Romantik, Olivier’s old band. Some locations were revisited when Adam and Olivier made Julien & Claire.

Great take on modern Parisian romance from Jalouse Magazine.
